The shop is currently set for two levels of USPS shipping & UPS in the United States. Unfortunately due to recent detrimental events with UPS, and USPS not offering consistent service, I am forced to no longer offer any international shipping options.

No special cleaners needed; prints are washed in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove uncured resin. Too much time soaking in IPA will embrittle and warp parts, but if there is a small amount of uncured resin remaining, a quick scrub with IPA is OK. I do recommend a warm soap and water & IPA spray after assembly to remove any skin oils before paint.

Formlabs Black resin was the original process developed, as it captured high detail. It was tending to be brittle over time, so it has been replaced with a 50/50 Formlabs grey with ApplyLabWorks Expert blend which has much better strength and give.

Yes, if printed parts have warped or twisted slightly, a hair dryer or heat gun on low can be used to gently warm the part, and allow for straightening. Also the truckframes can be warmed before installing the wheelsets to make sure they flex, as the resin cold is not as durable as the traditional model railroading Delrin (Acetal) plastics used for truckframes.
