Where Do We Ship?
The shop is currently set for two levels of USPS shipping & UPS in the United States. I have started adding back international shipping options via USPS Priority International; if your country is not listed in checkout, send me an email, I will get it added. UPS International is no longer offered due to uncontrollable and unpredictable fees.

Does this resin require special washing?
No special cleaners needed; prints are washed in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) to remove uncured resin. Too much time soaking in IPA will embrittle and warp parts, but if there is a small amount of uncured resin remaining, a quick scrub with IPA is OK. I do recommend a warm soap and water & IPA spray after assembly to remove any skin oils before paint.

What is the difference between the black and grey resins?
Formlabs Black resin was the original process developed, as it captured high detail. It was tending to be brittle over time, so it has been replaced with a 50/50 Formlabs grey with ApplyLabWorks Expert blend which has much better strength and give.

Can I use heat on this resin to soften / unwarp?
Yes, if printed parts have warped or twisted slightly, a hair dryer or heat gun on low can be used to gently warm the part, and allow for straightening. Also the truckframes can be warmed before installing the wheelsets to make sure they flex, as the resin cold is not as durable as the traditional model railroading Delrin (Acetal) plastics used for truckframes.

What is Single / Double?
My regional terminology isn’t as clear as it could be regarding the kit size of single / double; what that means is that I can usually fit two kits worth of car in the boxes I use, but not everyone wants two, so I offer the single or double option for one or two cars worth.
