HO Scale D&RGW Offset 42ft GS Gondola (45k Series) - Mid Era
This custom designed HO Scale 3D printed kit contains parts for GS Gondolas as rostered by the Denver & Rio Grande Western (D&RGW) in the 45000 number series, commonly referred to as “offset” gondolas. These cars were built in 1926, at 42ft long, with a 55 ton rating. Mid Era here refers to the Round Herald (Royal Gorge) logos, used from 1926 -1939

(2) Punch-cut styrene coupler pocket covers
(2) Tichy Double Stirrup Steps (#3045)

(4) 2-56 black oxide screws for coupler and truck attachment
(1) Custom decal sheet for the 1926 - 1939 Round Herald era
(1) Lead metal bar for ballast weight
(4) NMRA (.110”) wheelsets by default, please message me when ordering if you desire semi-scale (.088”)

The kit does not include paint, couplers or wire grab irons, but the coupler pockets are sized for Kadee whisker couplers.
